Background Bistro Café Summum opened on March 1, 2010 following the acquisition of Les Cafés Summum on Victoria Street in La Baie. A short transition, without closing the premises, allowed the new owners to improve the coffee/pastries offer with the addition of a well-assumed and prominent bistronomic menu.
