Every summer since 1955, the Traversée internationale du lac St-Jean attracts the elite world of open water swimmers in Roberval.
The Traversée internationale du lac St-Jean is a 32 km swimming event between Péribonka and Roberval taking place every year on the last Saturday of July. About 25 swimmers from a dozen countries participate in this hard core event that demands an average of 7 hours of physical exertion. Join the thousands of people gathered on the Roberval dock to warmly welcome these incredible athletes!
Also enjoy the many activities on site including amateur swimming competitions, outdoor shows at the lake, fireworks, children's day and the many exhibitions.
