Minuit moins cinq is a work coop, it's a place of ethical creation and innovation, it's a proposal for concrete and sustainable eco-responsible change in the field of accessory manufacturing, summer and winter. We cut, we assemble and we transform the ends of the "mononcle" shirt and Grandma's flannel into fanny packs, pencil cases, toques, mittens and many more. It’s simple, in fact: we want to give back its letters of nobility to fabrics that the world thinks ugly and fallen, by creating everyday textile accessories that meet real needs: going outside on the fjord to fish; hurtle down the slopes of Mont-Édouard; navigate by sailboat on the waters of the Saguenay; walking around festivals, from town to town, all summer long; organize your little life as a student; etc.
