REGARD, International Short Film Festival in Saguenay, has been delighting film lovers since 1995. Founded by Caravane films productions, REGARD is a short film festival that has become, over the years, the most important cultural event dedicated to short films in the Quebec film industry. Indeed, it now allows access to the Oscars.

REGARD is one of the main short film festivals in North America. Founded in 1995 in Saguenay, it is the gateway to the Americas for short films and an international launching pad for Quebec cinema. Recognized by the Oscars and FIPRESCI, it presents an average of 200 films from more than 50 countries and awards nearly $120,000 in prizes and scholarships.
