L'Anse aux Foins features a spit of shoreline that marks the birth of the Saguenay Fjord. Many fishermen and kitesurfers can be found here. The Saint-Fulgence flats are a favorite spot for birdwatchers and birdwatchers alike. Parc Aventures Cap Jaseux welcomes outdoor enthusiasts, kayakers, fishermen and campers.
