Beef takes pride of place at Boefish. We use USDA and CAB beef aged at least 30 days for maximum tenderness. All our meats are premium quality Center Cuts and ensure maximum taste! In addition to the numerous cuts of beef uniquely cooked at Boefish, the choice of fresh Mediterranean-inspired fish and seafood is second to none and numerous dishes are offered to highlight them.

Boefish uses a unique cooking grill in Quebec. This one, imported directly from the United States, sears the meat by infrared at a temperature of 1600F. This distinctive cooking process produces incredibly juicy meat with exceptional flavor!

Our cellar provides you with a selection of more than a hundred bottles - including great wines, carefully chosen by the house. We also offer an exceptional collection of wine by the glass, microbrewery beers and a range of exotic cocktails!
