Located in Albanel, the region’s centre, this family business breathes new life into the authentic small blue fruit.

From processing its pulp to extracting its juices, we work to maintain the wild berry’s organic characteristics and create blue delicacies such as chutney, jam, jelly, tea, syrup and butter.

Délices du Lac-Saint-Jean now offers the chance to pick wild blueberries in-season.
