Description

Visit an old cheese factory dating back to 1895 and learn about the ancestral manufacturing techniques of cheddar cheese. Visit the cheesemonger's home where you will find a new temporary exhibition. A unique experience in Canada where visitors are invited to a tasting of Perron cheeses and an artisanal butter-making workshop.
