Description

Visit an old cheese factory dating back to 1895 and learn about the ancestral manufacturing techniques of cheddar cheese. Visit the cheesemonger's home to learn about family life and handicrafts. A unique experience in Canada where visitors are invited to a tasting of Perron cheeses and an artisanal butter-making workshop.
