At Summum, micro beers, privately imported wines, avant-garde cocktails and fusion cuisine go hand in hand in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere where deeply rooted cultural notes are grafted.

At lunchtime, our menu varies daily and contains 6 to 8 daily specials complemented by a soup or a starter and a dessert.

In the evening, we offer an à la carte menu that changes 2 to 3 times a year, according to the seasons and inspirations, and to which are added creations by the chef. In summer, from May to September, to diversify the offer, our luxury snack bar (foodtruck) is set up on the land next to our terrace.
