Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean has many dairy producers who offer exceptional quality milk. It is in particular thanks to their know-how that St-Laurent cheese has been part of the families here since 1930.

It is through its own techniques, recipes improved over the years and constant meticulousness that the sixty employees of Fromagerie St-Laurent produce, seven days a week, high quality products whose reputation is well established.
