Visit the ONE and ONLY sawmill (1889) driven by the raging waters and the mechanical workshop (1894).
Still operational, they are the gems of our forestry and industrial history. In addition to the Maison de Marie restaurant, the small farm, the entertaining and magical enchanted forest, scenic vistas and hiking trails. Quality accommodation available.
The Moulin des Pionniers de La Doré offers you 2 km of snowshoe trails of easy-intermediate difficulty and a 12 km cross-country ski trail of intermediate-difficulty.
At La Doré, we take advantage of the magic of the historic site to sleep on site.
The Grand Camp - for 25 people -, will offer you absolute comfort.
The Grand Camp can accommodate up to 75 people for receptions or meetings. Wi-Fi as well as access to the historic site - mill, mechanical workshop, small farm, enchanted forest - is free.
