Parcours Aventures

-Vertical Adventure (3 hours):

This activity is perfect for those who would like to experience verticality. Supervised by certified professionals, you will be able to take up challenges, get out of your comfort zone or simply experience a beautiful moment of nature and adventure with friends and family.

-Initiation to climbing (1 day):

First step into the world of verticality. You will learn, with the help of our certified instructors, the basic techniques for top-rope climbing. You will see how to use the equipment, attach yourself with the rope and belay a climber in a safe manner.

Following this course, you can do your room accreditation exam or follow the path to be autonomous in your outdoor practice.

-Technical training:

The Parcours Aventures team offers all levels of training in rock and ice climbing. Autonomy, improvement, lead or rescue courses, it will be our pleasure to offer you training adapted to meet your expectations.

This 4-hour activity is perfect for getting in touch with winter verticality. Taking your first steps in ice climbing will allow you to meet challenges, get out of your comfort zone, or simply experience a beautiful moment of nature and adventure with friends or family.

Do you want to become independent in your practice of ice climbing? Learn the different techniques to master to progress on the ice in complete safety!

-Gestures in ice climbing

This course will allow you to improve your ice climbing technique. Learn how to better manage your crampons and ice axes, to improve your comfort and your performance.
