Founded in 1931, Saint-Ludger-de-Milot is located north of Lac-Saint-Jean, between the Alex and Petite Péribonka rivers. The municipality relies on vacationing to attract many visitors. In August, country music fans won't want to miss the Milot en Rodéo festival. The Saint-Ludger-de-Milot municipal campground, with its beach, is also very popular. In addition to its 78 sites, there are a number of rustic log camps. Fishing enthusiasts have direct access to a zec territory with 10 rivers and 600 fishing lakes. Directly linked to the Passerelle du 49e - a 236 km-long quad and snowmobile circuit - Saint Ludger-de-Milot is a four-season paradise in the heart of the boreal forest.
