This rustic style cottage is a new acquisition of a rental cottage project located in Saint Félix d'Otis in the Saguenay.

4 season waterfront resort chalet with full amenities and private beach. This spacious chalet can accommodate 7 people. The place also offers the possibility of a corporate or family meeting for about twenty people. You have access to a large parking lot as well as additional amenities as needed. Swimming is possible in the fjord or in the river if you are not cold in the eyes. Your vigilance is in order!
