Description

Our Bistro with local flavors of Italian inspiration is a popular address for Jeanne residents and vacationers looking for a gastronomic experience. Our young chefs Miguel Thibeault and Étienne Noël, freshly graduated, are inspired by the terroir to develop an Italian menu in harmony with the grape varieties of the boot-shaped peninsula.

An Italian bistro with local products from Lac-Saint-Jean: a local refuge where Italy moors on the northern shores, where the scents of basil rise above the spruce trees, where each plate is a bilingual song between Naples and Métabetchouane, and each sip of wine murmurs the tenderness of short but vast summers.
