Description

La Cuisine restaurant, located in downtown Chicoutimi, offers authentic and innovative cuisine. Everything is prepared from scratch on-site, inspired by the seasons and places fresh local products in the spotlight.

We are known as «Ambassadeur de Saveurs» from La Zone Boréale. This accreditation, awarded by the Table Agroalimentaire du Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, commits us to highlight the typical regional products, of which our chef, David Janelle, is a brilliant success! Two conference rooms are available for private group gatherings.
