History of Henri's Boucanerie:
La Boucanerie d’Henri was founded by Josée Harbor and Claude Bernard. Their passion for hot smoked salmon was so successful that the couple had been planning for a few years to start a small-scale manufacturing business. It was in 2016 that they made their passion a full-time occupation.
Now, the founders share the fruit of these years of experience and family tradition with all smoked salmon lovers. They participate in many events throughout the year to showcase the flavors and benefits of hot smoked salmon. Because their passion lies not only in the careful manufacture of the product, but above all in the pleasure of sharing it.
