Our family farm works mainly in the production of lamb. Benefiting from all the advantages of our northern climate, raised in modern facilities with the most natural methods possible, our lamb is tasty and meets the highest quality standards.

Our raw material is our main inspiration for creating the dishes we serve at our country table.

3.5 km round trip path through woods and fields just behind the Orée des Champs. This trail will take you halfway to our gazebo on the edge of a beautiful natural lake.
