The century-old family business specializes in sheep production and the processing of products resulting from its production. Nestled in its beautiful boreal countryside, the country table and its handcrafted infrastructure showcase the wood from local lands and represent a unique, warm and majestic place.
We are very proud to offer you a menu where the vast majority of ingredients used come from our beautiful region, including the lamb produced directly on our family farm.

Our sheep production benefits from all the advantages of our northern climate, which gives our lamb its unique flavor that meets the highest quality standards.
It is also an agro-tourism site that highlights the profession of charcuterie and the family history of 3 generations.

3.5 km round trip path through woods and fields just behind the Orée des Champs. This trail will take you halfway to our gazebo on the edge of a beautiful natural lake.
