Come meet our breezy team, have a bite to eat on our terraces or plan your farm to table experience.  Enchanting setting and menus directly inspired by garden harvests. 
During the summer period, an events calendar allows the public to enjoy the farm and live a culinary experience from land to table. 

Wednesday to Friday: reservation not required but strongly recommended.

Saturday Farm to table VIP Gastronomic experience : reservation required.

Different types of events are offered to the public: Noon Pique Assiette, Wednesdays and Thursdays nights Pizz'Entre amis, Friday “Petit champêtre” à la carte and VIP Farm to table experience on Saturday. 

The Saturday night is the VIP experience and the farm’s highlight.  Fine food menu, 4 blind courses. For this last experience, a farm tour with the owners and gardeners is included in the package. The open concept kitchen allows the public to watch the team at work.   Bienvenue !

The self-service farmer's kiosk is open from May 1 to October 14, 2023.

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday / 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Closed on Sundays: gardeners rest.

A host of fresh farm products are available to help you eat well during your stay in Saguenay. Also discover the range of processed farm products prepared by Jean-Paul Sabbagh, chef of our restaurant, Le St-Sapin. Jams, fruit butter, sauces, pesto, etc. and multiple products of our collaborators (pickers and producers) are found under the same roof.

Payment in cash or by Interac transfer.

A magnificent pavilion, called the St-Sapin, can accommodate groups of up to 48 people. This unique building with its Quebec heritage character has become the hub of activities on the farm. It stands in the heart of this agricultural domain. Magnificent terraces overlook the gardens and offer a unique view of the Saguenay.

In the spring and fall, private and corporate groups can reserve the place and have a meal (by reservation only). Upon request, it is possible to include a tour of the farm, which is also a highlight for visitors.

A self-service farm stand is open from May to mid-October and allows passers-by and visitors to purchase fresh and processed products from the farm.
